Install instructions

How to run?

I have an executable (Windows + Linux Mint)! - great, double click on it (if that does not work run it from a terminal)
I don't have an executable - you have to compile it from source then; steps:
- Download Rust
- Navigate to the source folder (the folder which contains the src folder)
- Run `cargo build --release`
- Run `./target/release/siluro`
